What is our process for fabrication?
ESTIMATE
We start by providing you with a detailed estimate for your project. This includes considering all costs such as the size and scope of the project, material selection, accessibility of the location, and installation requirements. Our transparent process ensures there are no surprises along the way.

SLAB SELECTION
You will have the opportunity to hand-select the perfect slab(s) for your project. Choose from our showroom’s curated collection or visit one of Colorado's reputable stone suppliers to find the ideal material that matches your vision.
It’s important to note that some stone types may require additional care and consideration due to their natural characteristics. For example, highly porous or more fragile slabs might involve extra steps during fabrication and installation to ensure durability and longevity. Our team will guide you through these factors to help you make an informed decision that balances beauty, function, and maintenance.
DEPOSIT
Once the measurements are complete, slabs are selected, and the bid is accepted, we require a deposit to proceed. This deposit covers half of the labor cost plus the price of the stone.

Please note that providing a deposit does not secure a place in our schedule. Scheduling is finalized only after all necessary details have been confirmed, and a mutually agreed-upon timeline is established. To ensure we can accommodate your project within your desired timeframe, we encourage timely communication and planning.
FABRICATION
During the fabrication process, we pay close attention to every detail. From the flow of the veining on granite to the optimal placement of seams, we ensure a stunning final product. All major cuts, edging, shaping, and polishing are expertly completed at our fabrication facility using advanced tools and techniques.
INSTALLATION
On installation day, our professional team will arrive promptly at the time we’ve scheduled with you. To ensure a smooth process, please clear a walking path from the front or back door to the work area (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) and remove any items from your countertops.
Our installations typically take just one day, and we pride ourselves on leaving your space as clean as when we arrived. After installation, we seal your countertops to enhance their beauty and durability.
